The Alliance Partner Manager co-creates a partner strategy for the market with local leadership, builds brand awareness, aligns sales and client teams with partners, such as Snowflake, AWS, and Microsoft and is a technology enthusiast through and through.

The Alliance Partner Manager is an exciting role that lives in a dynamic environment, working with partners, sales, account teams, local leaders and global support teams. This is the frontier of where business, technology and delivery overlap, and the DFW market is one of the fastest transforming places to be in.

Role & Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build strong, trusted relationships within CG Infinity’s strategic partner ecosystem (including Snowflake, AWS, and Microsoft)
• Educate partner sales teams on CG Infinity capabilities and when/how to identify opportunities and position CG Infinity with customers.
• Generate sales pipeline through partner relationships.
• Qualify and mature early-stage sales opportunities.
• Work with local market leaders to co-create a strategic partner road map, including focused partnerships, account mappings, sales/revenue goals, marketing & event plans, and local market enablement strategy.
• Help identify opportunities to leverage partner funding and work with local market leaders to apply funds to new client opportunities.
• Support of local and global partner marketing events including conferences, sales kick-offs, QBRs, etc. (ability to travel nationally +/-5% annually)


Desired Skills and Experience:

Internal Operations/Administration

• Evangelize local market wins, both internally across CG Infinity, and externally with partners.
• Develop and nurture relationships with CG Infinity’s global alliances team to leverage capabilities across markets.
• Support practices in partner enablement for both sales and technical certifications.
• Proactively communicate with regional staff on partner channel pipeline and forecasts.
• Own operational alliance tasks to ensure all data, systems and reporting are up-to-date.
• Deliver local market events to increase brand-awareness, demonstrate partnership capabilities, and help build sales pipeline.
